HOW IT WORKS
Every module is four sessions.
Teach. The concept, in plain language.
Apply it to yourself. A private exercise. Never submitted, never scored, never seen by anyone.
Apply it to a case. A real situation. You write your own analysis first.
Check and close. Compare your reasoning to the model analysis and score your own work.
WHAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DO
Name what you are actually in. Not serious. Not complicated. A description that means one thing.
Tell an observation from a conclusion. In their behavior, and in your own reactions.
Hold an Unknown without panicking. Missing information is not a problem. Treating it as one is.
Ask a question you might not like the answer to. And say your position before the moment arrives, not during it.
