Voice and AI Feature Data
If you use optional voice or AI features, specific data handling applies. See Sections 5 and 6.
2. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use personal information to:
Process and fulfill orders and subscriptions
Deliver digital products and Platform services
Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
Send transactional communications (order confirmations, account notifications, service updates)
Send informational or marketing communications when you have provided consent
Manage affiliate referrals and attribution
Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
Improve Platform functionality and user experience
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
3. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
Where applicable law requires identification of a legal basis, we process personal information based on:
Contract — to deliver the products and services you purchase
Consent — where you have provided explicit consent (for example, marketing emails, voice feature activation, or AI Guide activation)
Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve the Platform
Legal obligations — to comply with applicable law, tax requirements, and lawful requests
4. DIGITAL WORKBOOK DATA
Your Digital Workbook responses are stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage on your own device.
What This Means
We do not transmit your workbook responses to our servers
We do not store, back up, or retain your workbook content
We cannot access, read, or retrieve your workbook responses
We cannot restore your workbook responses if you lose them
Your Responsibility
Because workbook content lives only on your device, you are solely responsible for maintaining access to it. Clearing your browser data, using private or incognito browsing, switching browsers, or changing devices may result in permanent loss of your workbook content.
Export Option
The Digital Workbook includes an export function that allows you to save your responses as a local file for your own records.
5. VOICE DATA AND AI PROCESSING
The Digital Workbook includes optional voice and AI Guide features. When you use these features, specific data handling applies.
Audio Recordings
When you use the voice feature, audio is transmitted from your browser to our infrastructure on the Cloudflare, Inc. network and transcribed by Cloudflare Workers AI. Audio is processed in real time and immediately discarded. We do not store, retain, back up, or archive voice recordings at any point. We do not create or retain voice biometric data of any kind. Audio is not used to train artificial intelligence models.
Transcripts
The text produced by transcription is displayed to you for review. Only text you explicitly submit becomes workbook content and is subject to the local-device storage described in Section 4.
AI Guide Exchanges
When you activate the AI Guide, text you submit to the AI Guide and the AI Guide's responses are processed through Anthropic, PBC's Claude API. Anthropic's handling of data is governed by its own Privacy Policy and Usage Policies. We do not log the substance of transcripts or AI Guide responses.
Technical Metadata
We retain limited technical metadata — including timestamps, audio duration, error codes, response codes,
approximate file size, and an opaque member identifier — for thirty (30) days for debugging, abuse
prevention, and service improvement. This metadata does not contain the substance of transcripts or AI
Guide exchanges. After thirty (30) days, this metadata is automatically deleted.
Member Control
You may decline the voice feature, revoke microphone access through your browser settings, or toggle the
AI Guide off at any time without affecting Platform access. Typed input is always available as an alternative.
6. FRAMEWORK EMAIL SYSTEM
If you are provided with a framework email forwarding address through the Platform, the following applies:
Emails are routed via Cloudflare Email Routing
We do not read, monitor, store, or archive the content of forwarded emails
We do not verify sender or recipient identity
We do not retain copies of communications beyond what is technically required for delivery
The framework email system is a passive forwarding service only. Your use of this system is further governed by Section 6 of the Terms of Service.
